Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your organisation downgrades to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Your flags and data are retained, but features beyond the Free plan limits become unavailable.
